Secret Project 1

Last weekend, I told my friends I wouldn’t be able join them for any weekend activities, of which they postponed subjected to my availability *so touch

The reason – my secret project #1 (in preparation for CNY). Comes with many educational benefits leh, no way I would turn down the educational & fun project. Even my mom “ooooHH AAahhh” into my ears when I last spoke to her =.=”

Let’s begin. Promise me you wouldn’t laugh. Or tease me. Or ask me for details[me not pro yet] >.<

Woke up @ 5am to help my landlady (I call her aunty) to do this!! Even my landlord (I call him uncle) helped – guys, time to put down your ego and lend your gf/wife a hand when it comes to cookie making! *rolls eyes

The picture above was me pressing the dough into the plastic. Now, I am pressing the dough out, laying each flower nicely on the cookie palate. Pardon my pajama luckily I wasn’t wearing a sexy one *shy

The outcome

Next, put the cut cherries on each cookie – I did the cherries…I counted; 2000+ cherries for 2 days! No wonder I felt so tired.

Put into oven. Ei, that is NOT my hand ok >.<

This is super delicious ok. Homemade cookies are always the best!

I got a bottle! Whee !!!

3 days later =.=”” No, I didn’t eat them all myself. I shared with my friends

Update : Total bottles made (Last Saturday & Sunday) = 40 . And aunty complains NOT enough !! *faints

Yes, so secret project #1 continues this weekend. And mind you, this batch of cookies are not for sale…well she used to sell them last time, her cookies reached as far as Taiwan and USA one ok. It is totally understandable that she retires from selling her cookies due to old age…so these few years, aunty only bakes (cookies) to bless her family and friends. And she is giving my mummy her delicious cookies too (yeah, they made friends when my parents came the previous time *chuckles)

and..if you really want to know how good her cookies are, they are really (10x) good. Well, besides blessing my friends, I brought some cookies to my lab and blessed the lab technicians there. Upon their first bite, they immediately enquired if the cookies are for sale =.=””’ Mind you, this secret project #1 is BUTTER cookies only man…
