Have a break, have a..
kitkat home cooked-soup!
It was a long week for me…as much as you may be chasing deadlines, I have my fair share too. Sometimes I seriously ponder if I am studying or ‘working’ *kns. My project takes much of my time, and I am seriously contemplating to ‘work’ even on weekendS argh *attempts to stop complaining*
I left Uni early today. I don’t feel that well today, weather is quite humid and the lab was just so cold! Usually I’d reach home between 930pm~1030pm, depending on my night lecture, and on the factor if I were to continue my work in my lab. People here esp those PHD students work like crazy one…they can work in the lab till midnight only go home punya.
So as I was walking (was feeling frail) home, I thought I’d collapse as soon as I reached home just like the previous days. Upon reaching the main door, I greeted my landlords as usual, had a quick chat with them…(yes some skills are needed *need lotsa training ok* in order to chat no matter how tired you are; I call this elderly respect). And it was then aunty told me that she had kept some soup for me =) Not the first time though! Well, aunty did mention before that if I were to reach home late and I see a pot on the stove, it means that she’d kept some soup for me, and I am expected to finish my share!
I smiled, thanked her and proceeded to thank God the umpteenth time for blessing me with good landlords.
Now, I am quite energized. Btw, her soup is oishi desu neh! Now, my plan to collapse fails, which means I have a lil time to blog, and also to perhaps catch on some reading. My schedule, is hectic gila. Cannot afford to waste time else I’d sooo regret in the future what am I talking about ok maybe I am sleepy kns

Bittergourd-Carrot soup. Aunty added chicken for me, knowing that I am a person who HATES pork =)
